In early September I had the amazing opportunity to stand a mere two rows away at a concert that can best be described as a millennial dream.
I watched Lil’ Kim the original Queen Bee, celebrate the 20 year anniversary of her album ‘Whoa’ superbly supporting and getting the crowd warmed up for the regrouped, more streamlined Pussycat Dolls who belted out hit after hit of their greatest hits.
Both acts served us fabulous costumes, high energy choreography and empowering sing along anthems. Each delivering a hint of nostalgia for a time when pop music reigned supreme, Twitter was newly launched and Pluto lost its planetary status….

This totally indulgent trip down memory lane had me reminiscing about what was arguably one of the greatest years for modern pop music.
